Spa Policy

Children

Children are very important to us, nevertheless, due to safety concerns we cannot allow children to accompany you to your appointments. We kindly ask that if you have children, you make alternative arrangements for childcare during your visits to Harmony Wellness. If you arrive for your appointment with a child or children, you will be kindly asked to reschedule your appointment for a date in which you are able to obtain childcare. We highly appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Age Requirement

We gladly offer a selection of wellness treatments for our younger guests, however, we require they be accompanied by an adult. All guests under the age of 18 must be in possession of a parental consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Arrival

We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to give you time to check in and relax in our facilities. A late arrival will reduce treatment time. Your treatment will end on time in order not to delay the next guest. Should this happen the full value of your treatment will be charged.

Late Arrival

Please inform us as soon as you can if you are late, duly notice a late arrival will reduce treatment time. Your treatment will end on time in order not to delay the next guest. Should this happen the full value of your treatment will be charged.

Canceling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice must be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This policy is in place out of respect for our providers and clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are difficult to fill and by giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

Environment & Etiquette

To preserve the sense of harmony in the spa we kindly request that mobile phones are switched off. Food, meals, smoking, and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the facilities. Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages are offered. Moreover, we are not responsible for any valuables brought into the Spa.

Our providers are here to meet your every need and make your visit an unforgettable experience. Whether it is the level of the music or the intensity of the lighting, an additional towel, stronger or lighter pressure during a facial massage – just let us know so that we can provide you with an optimum experience. We value your opinion and invite you to fill out a guest questionnaire after your treatment in order to share your experience with us. We remind you that our experts are at your service for any customized advice in our spa.

Gratuity

Our providers are assiduous to provide you a unique wellbeing experience and to help you achieve your desired results. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted and greatly appreciated.

A unique well-being experience at Modern Aesthetics and Harmony Wellness can be given to your friends and family through our Modern Aesthetics and Harmony Wellness Gift Cards. Our Gift Cards are personalized and available in any dollar amount so guests can choose their preferred treatments and products from our Services. Please note that no cancellations or refunds are accepted after purchase.

 

Modern Aesthetics and Harmony Wellness Gift Cards are available for immediate purchase and prompt delivery via email/website download. They can also either be mailed directly to the purchaser (credit card billing address) or may be picked up at our facilities. We just ask that you allow 24-48 hours for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping.

Boutique

Most of the body and skin products that we use for our treatments are available for purchase. We encourage you to ask our experts how to use these products so that you can continue your spa experience at home.​
